Step 1: Excavation

Excavation for a vinyl-lined pool is a job for an experienced backhoe operator. Our process normally includes excavating the pool sides to approximately two feet beyond the finished pool perimeter. Step 2: Assembly

The second step is the assembly of pool components, including:

• Steel panels
• Stairs
• Coping receptors
• Skimmers
• Inlets
• Suction

Step 3: Bottoms

At Clear Water Pools, we can pour a soft concrete called vermiculite and install your pool vinyl-lined structure in two ways:

1. Pour the concrete decking once the assembly is completed.
2. Install the vinyl liner before the decking is poured.
